The Install Is the Whole Job
Anyone can drop a window into a hole. Setting it so it carries hurricane loads, sheds water, and seals tight for twenty years is a craft. We shim each unit plumb, level, and square, fasten it to the manufacturer's tested schedule for our wind zone, then build a continuous water management layer — sill pan, flashing tape, and backer rod with sealant — so wind-driven rain has nowhere to go but back outside. It is slow, deliberate work, and it is the only reason a window performs the way it was engineered to.
New Construction, Replacement, and Retrofit
We install windows on new builds and additions where the opening is framed to spec, and we replace tired, leaking, or non-impact windows on existing homes. When the existing frame and structure are sound, a retrofit install is fast and clean; when they are not, we remove down to the stud and rebuild the opening full-frame. We tell you honestly which approach your home needs and price it plainly.
